Ashley Sale, PA-C, owner of Plentiful Health & Wellness

Ashley Sale, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant, founder, and co-owner of Plentiful Health & Wellness.

She completed her undergraduate studies in Zoology/Biomedical Sciences at the University of Oklahoma. Ashley attended the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa, where she gained comprehensive medical education and training and earned her Master of Health in Physician Assistant Studies.

Throughout her career as a Physician Assistant, she has provided exceptional healthcare and support to patients on their health journeys. Her roles have encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including pre-and post-op management of bariatric patients as well as medical weight loss programs. Ashley has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care, incorporating dietary counseling, exercise recommendations, and behavioral modifications into her patients’ treatment.
